Delivery is between 10am to 10pm daily.
Delivery will usually take 20-30 days upon confirmation, and 1 to 2 working days for products with ready stocks (Singapore only).
Gaming Lab provide FREE delivery for all our products.
Our delivery timing is between 10am to 10pm (Please indicate your preferred delivery timing upon checkout) Should you need us to deliver on other timing, please speak with our sales assistant so we can make the necessary arrangement.
However, the delivery may be affected by several factors, including those outside of our control such as bad weather, equipment failure and adverse traffic conditions. While timely delivery is an important commitment, we place equal importance on ensuring the safety of our delivery partner. We will make every effort to avoid a delay. Should a delay be unavoidable, we will alert our customers.
Large Arcade Machines/Tables Delivery
Some of the tables or arcade machines are unable to fit through certain doors and lifts, and we would require to set up/fix it at your venue. The time require for set up would depends on the type of products, and the number of products you ordered.
Failed Delivery – No Recipient
We strongly advise that you are certain someone will be around to receive the order. In the event of a missed delivery due to the absence of a recipient, please contact us to arrange for a redelivery**, which is chargeable at an additional $100.
There shall not be any refund if you wished to cancel the order if the delivery failed.
Special Delivery Arrangement
Any personal arrangements, e.g. leaving the package with neighbour, security or concierge; placing parcel in a cupboard or behind the gate; etc., will be allowed, however, we will not be responsible for any damage/loss to the delivered items.
