Gaming Lab make every effort to ensure your order is in its best condition and correctly delivered. Our team will do a full test-run and checks to ensure the product/s are in good working condition. However, in the unlikely event that a mistake has been made, or if you are facing any errors caused by the motherboard/machine, please let us know upon receiving your order. We will not be able to make any refund/exchange after you had receive your order for more than 7 days.
As such, we do not offer a refund except for the following scenarios:
A. Incorrect item: We will arrange for a free re-delivery of the correct item and collect back the wrongly delivered item. Adding on of item to the delivery is strictly not allowed.
B. Unavailable item: We will offer a FULL REFUND or arrange for a free re-delivery. Adding on of item to the delivery is strictly not allowed.
